Parkview I

This home was built in Norton Commons as part of Homearama 2011. Integrating outdoor living into the floor plan was a point of emphasis during the development of this design. The 2-story front porch & columns are the signatures of the facade. The second floor balcony is accessible from the owner’s suite; the suite also includes a Juliet balcony that faces the rear of the property. There is an elevated side courtyard accessible by two sets of French doors; one set in the kitchen and another set in the great room. The courtyard is canopied by an awning system featuring a candelabra and several hanging flower baskets.  The floor plan is open; the luxurious, second level master suite includes a huge bathroom with heated tile floors, steam shower, coffee bar and beverage center. The bathroom leads to the walk-in closet with access to the laundry room. Also on the second floor, are two other bedrooms, each with full bathrooms, as well as a family room.
