Magnolia II
This version of our Magnolia design features shingle-style architecture with a second floor bay window and abundant curb appeal. The first floor program is full of features: the kitchen includes a large island, butlers pantry, and large walk-in storage closet. The living room has two pairs of French doors connecting the interior to the rear covered porch and patio. A formal dining room, large mud room and flexible room off the formal entry (great for an office or children’s play room) add to the functionality of the ground level. The second level includes the owner’s suite, loft area, two guest bedrooms and laundry.
