Innes Trace Renovation
Our focus on this project centered around design updates in this story and a half, sprawling 1960s home and expanding the kitchen & living areas. The owners wanted their kitchen to intuitively connect to the living spaces and outdoor rooms. We modernized the formal entry, living room and dining room while staying true to its original functionality. We expanded the limited confines of the existing kitchen by extending into an obsolete hallway and removing a restrictive load bearing wall. This provided the needed space to install updated cabinets, granite countertops & upmarket appliances while concurrently adding a large walk-in pantry. Along with cosmetic alterations to the family room, these improvements provide practical amenities for entertaining and everyday use.
